The classics are noticeably closer to the ground and flatter. I still wear them because it's easier to match the color, but in terms of comfort, the SDs are top tier.

thank you, I am wearing the Mexico 66 standard one, it's my sneaker no 1 and makes me question when will I ever wear the other sneakers I have. I love the design, the tradition and the close contact to the ground, but I am also very curious how the SD version will feel, I read it has fuzeGel in the midsole, not sure what this exactly is only heard a mix of ASICS gel (alpha or beta?) and foam. But they really noble, basically like a dress shoe in full black.
