Uhh.. yes they do? What supporting data do you have otherwise to refute this? Mental health organizations even accept this.

If you come across somebody with full facial tattoos you can almost guarantee they will have some other issue either be that from simply low self esteem to an antisocial personality disorder. The groups this would more commonly occur in would be white working class which correlates with the groups of high tattoo usage. Tattoos do not occur at the same percentage within all social groups which would be so if it were simply random choice, they occur in groups with higher mental health issues and in groups of the same socioeconomic status, at college/university, same race and so on those with tattoos in all studies and research show a higher percentage of mental health issues.

Even a simple google search of "do people with tattoos have higher mental health issues" will bring you respected websites and psych sites that agree on the data.
