honestly, not bad for casual wear, the people who dress according to trends will always look like shit no matter the decade, and the people who dress like shit will frankly always dress like shit.
i feel as if we can all collectively thank the growth of places like uniqlo and muji for making dressing well so accessible and such an easy thing to do for normal people.
i walked into a dessert cafe recently and it struck me how nice it was to see the teenagers wearing basic staples like ma-1's, fleece jackets, and track jackets. like as if i was actually on a movie set with costume designers deciding the whole look of the place. i can't say the same for other places.
