They are decants, which means that they are not official. If it is a reputable seller, he took a larger bottle, removed some of the liquid and placed on those. In my opinion they are kind of sketchy because these fragrances all come in 50ml bottles, so there is not much of a point in making 33ml decants, but it is possible that the seller bought 200ml+ bottles and is making decants out of them.

1-10 ml samples are much more rentable than larger ones, as there is a higher demand and they go for a higher price by ml. 33ml decants are quite rare, as people would rather just go for a 50ml range at that point. If someone had used part of the bottle, chances are he would either sell the rest alongside the bottle or sell a number of individual 1ml decants.

Winter palace is very good, fresh-balsamy. Absolutely gorgeous three-dimensional stuff. Performance-wise it's also solid I was getting around 6-8h out of my sample. I picked up a sample because I've been exploring Tolu balsam-heavy fragrances because of my beloved Chypre Palatin. It's the only one of them that can be worn all year round.

Wearing my sample now. I got a very snice zesty sort of orange creamsicle thing in the opening. The drydown so far is a very mellow balsamic-spicy-tonka thing. Very smooth, very comfy. There is also stronger with you, Armani Code (also on the generic side, but better), spicebomb, the one, dior homme intense, la nuit, valentino uomo, CDNIM, JPG's offerings, this is him, , invictus, dylan blue and many others. The advantage that BdC has is that it is more versatile than any of these, so it has its niche if you just want to use one kind of fragrance the entire year, in any occasion. I'm probably the only person who tried it here. I'd say yes it is suitable. The turberose I complained about last time blends really well with bitter greenness of angelica. It's quite abstract scent that it is hard to compare to anything else but that's what makes it signature worthy. What is your high heat dumb reach? Try mancera aoud lemon mint, mancera aoud blue notes, and zoologist chameleon atleast i think these are all great summer dumb reach although chameleon is a bit expensive for a dumb reach they are all versatile and not generic smelling at all imo. Philosykos is mine, but it's similar to the Tom Fords in that it's slightly pricey for it's longevity. Something from the AdP Blu is a good choice, Terre D'Hermes Eau Tres Fraiche is also a bit generic but if you like orange it may work well.
If you want something different just pick a less mainstream house and go from there. Almost every one has a fresh scent in their lineup, you can find L'Artisna for cheap and houses like Nicolai make 30mL.
