shave mustache and soul patch, grow hair out then get a better haircut. maybe shave all your facial hair on the bottom and grow everything out until you can get a nice trim. you've got long eyelashes and your skin/eyebrows aren't too bad. face is pretty symmetric so everything is really easily fixable.
