Underclassmen or upperclassmen?

I find upperclassmen dress lazy but definitely know how to dress when they put in the effort (Exception being STEM majors).

Meanwhile underclassmen still dress just lazy overall, like high schoolers.

When I was a freshman I was a fat neckbeard so I dressed in cargo shorts with polo when it was hot or dad-core when it was cold. Former astrophysics student (dropped out after a year). Everybody else looked fine though, unless my standards were a bit low, I think it really depends on the city you are in (a big province in my case), a richer student body can probably dress in better clothes, at least most of the times.

i went to school in san diego so nobody dressed well. a few h&m/zara fuckboys and a lot of mac demarco wannabes. mostly just athleisure or autismcore though. a couple international kids in hype/designer shit.

Take a ride with the metro and you'll see people with a sense of fashion. Go to the exclusive clubs and you'll see people with money who'd fly to fashion weeks but still can't do it.

Super senior here. I'd argue underclassmen. To them, everything is still a fashion show. They haven't burned out yet and resorted to a uniform.
They keep up with trends and care about their appearance more bc they're still trying to make friends and stuff. Overall the international students under or upper are the best dressed at most unis.
