is there a clothing you could wear in most/all situations?
in town and in bush. city centres and long walks. okay for heat and cold, day and night. won't get fucked by rain. fits in and looks normal or not-noticeable enough. protect from sun, wind and visual, ideally. carries whatever you need, without standing out. doesn't need to be washed often, or if it does, can be split apart to wear some of it while the rest is in wash.
some sort of hobo x grey man kinda thing
assume wearer is alone, since anything is okay with a friend-group it seems

picture is unrelated cos idk what this would be like

unless you're in military that's gonna be a no
most places such a thing wouldn't fit in
it's quite noticeable and irregular

Jeans, decent looking shoes (can be boots if you live in the south), and a neutral shirt (plain t-shirt/polo/button down). A hoodie or windbreaker that you can put in your car or tie to your waist is also good if your area gets cold.

Been on the quest for years. Pants are better then shorts for functionality. My husband does dickies. I wear gap jeans mainly. He wears a hanes tshirt solid color. I wear a super loose crop top thing with a sweater around waist or on depending. Basic lil tennies or boots depending also. But ya i wear the same shit year round just different colors sometimes and a jacket and scarf if it gets super cold. I think the key is layers and enough plain stuff with one or two stand out items. My mom told me once if youre unique it doesnt matter what you wear, youll always stand apart from the crowd. I prefer to have my face and hair be the focal point with the clothes as an accessory

tee shirt, button down with chest pockets, pants with deep pockets, leather sneakers, baseball cap. get everything in brown and grey, made of synthetic materials. if you only have one set, have a pair of thin running shorts to change into while you wash the pants. have a few tees, long underwear in winter.

forgot to add, outdoor companies like Colombia or llbean are good, just beware of having too many pockets as they will stand out. thicker shirts and pants will keep you warmer in the winter and last longer, if you live in an area where it's fairly common you can wear a microfiber cowboy hat. wear a normal leather belt, get a waterproof coach's jacket
