It feels messed up as fuck because she's genuinely worried for me, but she's also really happy when ever I show up to her house with a bags full of (sometimes) half eaten cakes/chocolate/crisps etc.

It also allows me to buy danger foods with less risk of binging. Cut the juice and replace unnecessary carbs with veggies or fruit (also a carb so don't overdo) . Also definitely get some fat in, it will make you more satiated for a longer time and it helps to absord nutrients. Are there any decent calorie tracking applications for Windows/multiplatform that are
- Local (don't need internet connection or an account somewhere)
- Open source
- Have some bare minimum of features such as defining a calorie amount for some food, (ie, one chicken tendie = 60 kcal, so if you type in chicken it'll suggest that and ask for how many you ate)
- Not gigantic fucking memory hogs
