The brutal reality is what you're looking for is a European-Short. This is pretty much an untapped industry because in the EU, if you belong to a shorter country, your local market will cater to it much more. E.g., a Berksha in Seville will sell to an average of 5'10''. In Chicago it'll be to an average of 6'2''. Why? Because shorter men can wear clothes don't fit them well, but taller men really can't in the same way.

In the United States, a "European short" is sold pretty much exclusively by Peter Manning, or Jimmy Au, and a new start up Ash and Erie. Peter Manning is boomer tier, Jimmy Au is obscure, and Ash and Erie is absolutely retarded in terms of producing things people want. In general, Peter Manning is probably the best of the 3.

The big problem they do hit though is that they over produce formal wear and under produce untailorables (jackets, sweaters, t-shirts,etc) And formal wear is better produced by M2M, for instance Blank Label, Enzo Custom, Proper Cloth, will produce dress shirts at a bottom price point of around $80. Whereas Peter Manning will sell them at around 95-100. There are some exceptions that do offer a short, like Asket, but the other alternative, I shit you not, is to go for children's clothing produced by oversized brands.

Asian sizing is slender chest for the most part. I visit shopping malls in India, Japan, Philipines, China, etc, and they'll fit perfectly in length, but I have a 40'' chest, and they'll fall far short of that.
