Being fashionable is more of matter of what you buy then how much you spend. Get a pea coat or trench coat or denim jacket instead of a hoodie. Buy dressier shoes instead of nikes or whatever. When you buy jeans, make sure they fit perfectly. You don't have to buy from expensive clothes to look nice,
