The idea that it's either be superjacked or be a skinny incel is really dumb.
If you manage to balance the two niches, you can have the more refined artsy side of the fashion niche, yet the more robust and assertive side from fitness.
If you'd just hit the gym twice a week for 3 years, you wouldn't be ripped or anything, you'd have slightly filled and more defined proportions. ESPECIALLY if you're a skelly mode dyel right now. If you're a chubby dude, I won't even have to make the point that you'd shape up a bit more and lose the pudding.

Now GO /fa/ there's literally no excuses for you not to lift

So a 120lbs in total? It depends, powerlifters go for only 1 to 5 reps, if you want muscle stamina you go for 15 - 20 reps
I usually aim between 8 and 14, depending on how long I've been using the amount of weight.

i prefer being slim over being fit. my body is low on body fat naturally so my musculature is still visible. i do mild exercise like walking and skateboarding, but i have the body i want because of my diet and genetics.

If you'd lift once a week, or maybe twice, you'd still be very slim. You have to eat a shitton of food to gain actual bodyfat, lifting weights won't make you fatter. All you'd do is make your musculature more pronounced
