it's sadly a lot of genetic things like hip width/angle. you'd have to get ridiculously thin just based on how your legs seem to be angled. some times things just aren't meant to be anon, there are people with thick ass thighs and colossal thigh gaps just because they have giga hips angled correctly. it's honestly not that big of a deal, especially if you don't wear super tight pants frequently. swapping to more loose fitting/draping clothing can let you still look thinspo without requiring a gap big enough to put your head through

back when I obese it was easy to lose weight by eating 1200kcal of chocolate each day, but I hit a wall when I got to 22BMI and started binging more and more often before I put my diet on hold for a year and ended gaining weight

now I eat on average ~800kcal of fruit and lean meat a day and dieting has never been easier lmao, I fast often, have a ton of energy to study and work, and on days I do eat I have to actively force myself to consume more than what I feel like to avoid hairloss/lethargy/unexpected hunger spikes that may to lead to a binge

just for today, I fast every even day and eat at maintenance on odd days, I don't know why but I never feel hungry or lethargic on the fast days, in fact I think I feel better on fasting days. it depends, thinner is more feminine in general but female fat distribution (which HRT will give you if you have good levels and have been on it for long enough) will hide your male skeleton

best thing you can do for passability is go on HRT (preferably injections/anything that's not oral pills), get bone thin low BMI to lose all of your masculine distributed fat, and then gain weight slowly while on HRT so it goes in the right places. My plan is to get to a really low bmi (as low as I can get to) and then go back up to like 18 BMI so I'm still slim but have enough fat to give me extra curvature

my birthday is tomorrow and I have a really really busy day and a resturant to go to at night. I usually eat 70% of my calories for breakfast and snack throughout the day

I'm going to try eating a smaller breakfast so I have some calories spare for my dinner, hopefully I don't feel grinchy and tense from not eating when I usaully do. I don't mind going over my limit a bit because I'm fasting today and the day after tomorrow, but still, I always feel like shit if I pig out.

Yes it looks like pseudo the only thing u can do is body building hoping your doctor is correct and the fat stored right there is burned over time as your total body fat reduces and your muscle mass increase, it will always be that big of areola but you cant at least make less puffy.
