This thread is about the appreciation of utterly stunning timepieces ($200,000+) and the sense of pleasure that comes with relaxing with a premium beer while enjoying your utterly stunning timepiece, as well as the micro-engineering and materials engineering that are required to make an utterly stunning timepiece.

Hey there, your friendly hungry watch-butcherer here. Update for you tasteless niggers: I think I'm slowly losing my mind. The workload is ever increasing (my fault, local people now know me and take their shit specifically to me) but the pay is the same. The customers are fucking assholes and I want to curbstomp a good 60% of them. Living alone is a fucking bitch and I'm close to starving in the last few days of the month. Mr. Shekelstein is completely out of the loop and gives me shit for spending all the parts budget.

Thinking about quitting in a few months and taking the risk of a loan to open my own shop.

The problem with the black dial is hked strangely matched it with gold, and plastic white indices, and it looks somewhat cheap and tacky.

Blue dial variant is superior. In low light the blue will be almost black, and all hands/markers are a matching steel silver. It is overall far more handsome.

i have a vintage benrus 3 star automatic that's running insanely fast, like 4-5+ hours per day. i've tried a demagnetizer, and maybe it was user error or a faulty product, but it had 0 effect. do i have to bite the bullet and pay for what will probably be a $150-200 service on a watch i paid $70 for?
