Like I said my guys I workout 3x a week. It even says that yes, while they apparently can grow it a) takes forever and b) only grows for up to 20% max. And 20% from 0 is 0. Shit's fucked up, mx dad has popeye tier forearms and frame but my moms shit DNA just overrode everything. I literally never leave my house withouz long sleeves and in midsummer it's fucking hell.

Why the fuck would I lie on something like this to complete strangers. I started lifting exactly 3 months ago and do shrugs, curls and OHP with 11kg dumbbells on each hand for 5 sets, 2x 10 reps, 3x 8 reps, which is pretty much my max. And then I do bodyweight stuff like pushups, pullups, bulgarian split squats and leg raises.

It actually looks pretty nice when you wear slightly oversized sweatshirts for example, just roll/crunch the sleeves not any further than your elbow.
Slightly oversized t-shirts are pretty nice too, especially the ones with sleeves that go almost down to your elbows.

Bro i used to be the same. I was a complete skeleton in high school. Was 5'10 120. Hated being skinny, had wrists/forearms and ankles/calves worse than yours. Went to college. Ate like shit every night for a year. Gained 25 lbs of pure skinnyfatness. Realized i looked like shit because some ppls weight gain distribution is different. (Especially since i only gained fat mass) Lost all the weight and am 125 5'11 now. I love being skinny and am trying to get skinnier but i think i have myself an eating disorder lol. Moral: being skinny doesnt actually suck even if you hate being skinny. Tons of art girls are into skinny guys. Clothes just look better on you (unless you're short or are ugly or have bad proportions) and you look taller. I still hate my abnormally skinny ankles and calves that make me look like i have clown feet even tho im a US 10 tho. If your working out you can get skinny rIpped which is the next best thing than being a skeleton imo. But id love your skelly arms desu

I suggest you do weighted pull ups. Different variations. That shit made my forearms grow like nothing else. Also heavy biceps curls with proper rotation. Basically anything that requires grip strength. I'm also a wristlet 17cm circumference.
