If you're in Japan, sure. You'd be hard pressed to go a day without seeing someone casually wearing kimono.

In the west, as a Caucasian? You need the confidence to wear it in a modern, avant garde way. Taisho-era styling has made a comeback with the cool kids and does work for foreigners if styled correctly. Otherwise you'll look like a weeaboo.

Visvim makes a bunch of stuff making the kimono (noragi) style more wearable in a western context. I have a couple that are closer to overshirts with noragi collars that look decent.
