What's a non autistic way I can hide my face in public.

Extreme introvert here, surgical mask aren't an option because I'm not asian

Cold weather get a neck gater/scarf and wrap around your face.

Summer is a lot harder - you can get a very wide brimmed hat designed to keep the sun off your face, this will also hide your face a little. Sunglasses will help too, especially with anxiety as people can't see your eyes.
Anything else and you'd be drawing more attention to yourself which isn't what you want.

Seek therapy and do exposure therapy so you eventually experience no discomfort from not hiding your face.

I would also suggest working on why you feel this way and uncovering the real reasons, which you are probably not aware of yet, otherwise you would have worked on it.
