“Cultural appropriation” in an instance like this is really just a culture evolving. The less we worry about race etc. means we can spend more of our energy evolving fashion as a whole. I can't imagine how anyone could defend these fits. They come off as made for H&M copies of something a different designer was doing. You know exactly the kind of vibe I'm talking about. The materials are too new and in general wrong so your eye catches the inauthentic nature immediately. Its sad because their music is actually interesting within the hiphop scene but they come off as if they got a big Hot Topic gift card from mom and dad for graduating high school. The tats are cringe regardless of any fit. This would have looked impressive to a teen from 2003, that is the biggest compliment I can think of here.
