I've been on a pretty good 1000 to 1500 calorie deficit every day for almost 5 weeks now. I did some squats that are more difficult than I normally would do and I just feel really sore. I have been preparing myself since the beginning of May to start losing weight and achieve a body structure that I could be comfortable with.
I have attempted numerous times on this board before but all of them have failed due to poor preparation.
I will post weekly of the progress I’m doing with pics. I am open to any suggestions and recommendations that any of you anons are willing to give me.

So if anyone is wondering what is my new approach. I’ll just give you a rundown of the meals, activities, and things I do.

Steam chickens and baked tofu
Rice noodles
15,000 steps daily
I convinced my parent that I need to get a root canal but can’t eat but only drink liquids(this one helps a lot). In reality, I just need a cavity filling which I already did today but told them I planned it for the end of June.
Yoga for 2 hours
50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
Lastly, Adderall and tramadol HCl to suppress hunger and pain for working out.

I’ve been doing this for a week now. Starting to see results and loving it.

there is no common mental process where you need to break your deficit every 12 days as far as i know, if that is what you are asking. normally the longer you do something for the more habitual it becomes, and therefore the easier it is to ignore binge cravings. if you manage to go almost 2 weeks straight without a lapse then you are doing fairly well, just do something like weighing yourself everyday to keep your mind on the goal. if its a specific food you are considering to binge on, i like to constantly remind myself that the pleasure from eating that food will be gone in a minute while the progress from not eating it will be permanent, that helped yesterday when there was half price icecream at the grocery store

Help me anons. I’ve been in pretty stable anorexia recovery since late 2015, but lately I’ve gained some weight (as in about 10 lbs over the comfy BMI 17.5-18.5 range I’ve maintained throughout all my recovery) and I’m triggered af and am literally beginning to feel suicidal. My husband got a better paying job so now suddenly we have money to eat out more often and we always have good food in the house. I’m also an embarrassingly sedentary NEET housewife atm so that’s probably why I got fat so quickly. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to relapse, but I kinda do? I feel like it’s relapse or kms. My ED therapist had to drop me as a client when I wasn’t “sick enough” anymore and. Ugh. Hate to sound like a body positivity fag here, but you look, fine, if not better in your current photo. I'm currently only 18, but back in 2015-2016 I had legitimate anorexia. I hid in my room so nobody forced me to eat, I was at the 100 LBS mark as a 5'10" male, and I thought being over 100 LBS would make me "fat". My back was constantly bruised from from sitting in the school's chairs, because my spine had no meat protecting it. 2016-early 2019, I really didn't care at all about my diet, and gained about 30 LBS (also gained 2 inches) which made me a skinny fat, although I still leaned on the skinny side.

Last few months though, I've been trying to bulk up while working out (nothing intensive, most people wouldn't consider it much more than cardio), and I've actually made some pretty decent noob gains, and I'm now sitting at 150 LBS. I'm still a senior in high school (going to walk the stage on friday), so I've had plenty of time for self improvement, which sounds like is the case for you. Find something that really motivates you, whether it's your family, art, hitler, or love of your body, and do some basic cardio. This will actually cause you to gain weight, because muscle is more dense than fat, but you'll look better than you currently do. Personally, I'm very impressed with the results I've seen in myself in the last 2 months.

I know all about the bruising, fainting, heart palpitations and muscle weakness it comes with. I spent months in an inpatient treatment center after being hospitalized with dangerously low potassium.
