That alpenflage jacket is available on the same site of that exact jumper. Here is the link to both of them if you are interested anon:

https://www.varusteleka.com/en/product/swiss-pullover-thick-with-zipper-surplus/27180

https://www.varusteleka.com/en/product/swiss-super-field-jacket-m70-alpenflage-surplus/8249

Idk alot about Varusteleka, seems like they have pretty good quality surplus. Any other anons have any experience with them?

I've gotten a few things, a swedish parka that's far too big for me and some other stuff.

What condition are they in? Considering buying some of their swedish milsurp. Especially on of those wool tunics/jackets. Pic related

Stinky, the lining sheds green fibers but like new, obviously just sat in a warehouse forever. Pic related

Ahh, that problem reminds of a pair of trousers i bought from Hessenantique. Lining shredded even though it was new and the sewing was incredibly loose, several buttons falling of after barely having used them.
I thought of maybe getting the jacket version of that parka though

Other anon has it right, Swiss Pullover from Varusteleka. I've got one and I love it. It's got quite a bit of stretch to it and it's fairly baggy so I'd say order your size. The one thing you've gotta be aware of is that it does have quite a short hem, which is fairly standard for mountaineering gear so it doesn't catch in the harness.

Varusteleka are solid, I've used them for years. They're really good with their customer service but international returns always hit your wallet so always double check the sizings. I'd always say to pay for the DHL delivery though; for an extra £4 your stuff arrives in two days instead of 10.

Love that jacket, but there's 3 styles and they ship a random one. Fuck that.

Although they say they won't differentiate, quite often they do if you ask nicely in the comment box when you place the order.

Surplus is such a mixed bag, i've had pic related for years and it's my favourite garment.
The jacket is nice, i wanted to get it myself.

Guess i'll just have to take a risk then. Probably gonna place an order once they restock their czech backpacks in a few weeks

There's a Swedish mil-surp store that separates the Swedish jackets (and trousers and other stuff) by models and modifications, used/unused etc. https://www.beredskapsboden.se and they're quite a bit less expensive than memesteleka

hey thanks anon, didn't expect to get a reply so fast! Cheers.

Some cool stuff on there but nothing near my size. Swedish soldiers must be pretty slim and short.

do you know what a size large (UK) would be on this site?

>> No.14234393

>>14234388
Size 52, but again don't upsize. I wear size 52 but I'm 6'3" and 13 stone. If you are on the skinnier size I can guarantee that 50 or even 48 will fit you.

Varusteleka has better quality control though, but at the end of the day it is milsurp, so a few holes and missing buttons is to be expected.
