I had 2 FW13 pairs and 2 SS16 pairs, same fucking shit apart from the slim shaft a little but even then SS16 pairs have similar shafts, and some SS16 pairs had the loose harness. Ended up selling my FW13 pairs and one of my SS16 pairs since I never really wore them and I beat the shit out of my boots.

Any chelseas less than those prices won't have the slim shaft / nicely shaped heel and they're basically guaranteed to look awful. I threw all of my Aldo chelseas and shit out after I bought my first pair of Wyatts.

Honestly just shop around on grailed, you won't be able to get wyatts for super cheap but you can get other leather SLP boots for ~400, and it's worth it compared to paying ~250 for SEF's inconsistent quality

The wyatt's are the pinnacle of what they achieve to be, pointy slim bullet toe shoes.
Most of the exaggerated proportions just take away from the the overall design of the wyatts. It's still a nice boot but inferior in every way in comparison.
