That bottom part, yes. Also, I don't think you know what you're talking about. There is no neofolk uniform that everyone wears to a concert, it's mostly just people in black clothes, somewhat martial in style (cargo pants and boots) but mostly very normal looking, maybe combined with one or two pieces of actual milsurp. Then you also have some people in suits, Trachtenmode, actual historical uniforms, weird sorcerer outfits and a bunch of trad goths running around. But mostly it'S people with chiseled faces in plain black clothes.

And yes, maybe that is particular to Germany, but you might see people in Janker or Lederhosen at a concert. I do agree that the photo posted is not very good, but the silhouette of what the kid is wearing (the bottom par at least) looks great. Much better than some of the dudes in very regular, boxy, working man'S cargo pants or skinny black jeans that one might see at a concert. That much is discernable.

And yes, I did see a black man at Runes + Men, who judging from his getup was clearly some kind of occultist. A bit odd but really, why wouldn't he be there? At Fire+Sun there were young Arabs in milsurp running around. A bit odd, but I guess all kinds of people are potentially attracted to this aesthetic. You are of course correct that these are exceptions, and that's a good thing.
