to be truly punk, i think requires a certain measure of idleness. when i see "crust punk pants" i generally cringe because its become fashion when they were actually utility. crust punks in the late 80s patched their pants because the constant squatting wore them the fuck out, and they would generally go to shows and help the bands out or venue in some way and in return would get free band patches and use these to sew up the gaping holes in their pants. it's the same deal with bumflaps being used to sit on. supporting local bands, squatting, drinking sangria, maybe some drugs is pretty punk.

Manson is what got me into all of this and like his music. Funny enough Manson uses a lot of NS symbols, despite what he is and does. However, it more so in the past during Antichrist Superstar and Holy Wood era. But even today his percussion drums look like the Hitler youth ones.
I learned a lot of good things from Manson. Hell, the whole "be open minded and dont be afraid of taboo" is what opened the door to stuff like M8L8TH and the radical right.

Yes I sew them on. However, I spent 2 years making money, collecting patches, and then arranging different layouts until I decided it was perfect.
Once that was done, I took pictures, of the layout, pinned the patch down in the spot in the picture, hand sewed it and went to the next, all the while taking into consideration where it would overlap, and to keep the all logos visible.
I'd say that the vest is mostly done, but I'm going to add studs, maybe sew some small chains around the edges of some patches or around the Goatmoon one at the top like pic rated (I'll post the whole thing in my next posts).

Protip: this sort of style is good if you have a large body and large vest because you can fit more on. I'm pretty skinny but I think I did a good job as compared to these other guys.

Thanks, I found that one by complete chance from a guy on Facebook. I'm not sure if he made it himself or where it came from but it's really nice. Also I think the guys from SUNNO))) are from Bremerton, because that's what the patch eludes to and I know that they are in Washington state.
