So Men's turtlenecks have sold out but the Women's Cashmere Turtlenecks are on sale. If I size up will it be fine? I usually wear M so would L or XL be better? Tighter in the chest doesnt bother me honestly.

6 foot and change and fairly broad shoulders. If the sleeves run a little above the wrist I dont mind but the shoulders could be a problem. My back is pretty big too if that means anything.
