This is a dumb statement.
Fashion can be cheap if you buy in thrift shops.
There are always good pieces with nice.cuts available for nothing.
Being fashionable isn't really about following trends and buying shit that will be out in 6 month.
You need to find a style that makes you feel great and confident and that suits you.
Just be original and where stuff without being too self conscious.
A good cut and a good fit, and some staple such as iconic pieces who will always be acceptable ( plain white tshirts, black slim jeans, Jean jacket, nice fitting shirts, vans, converse, those shit never get old. A good pair of boots, clarks or Dr Martens and then some more qwerky ones.
I got 2 dungaries that I really like, they arent necessarily in but I always get compliments about them, they are comfy and original.

Just maybe stop going on instagram and whatch cool people in your neighborhood and steal a few ideas here and there if you lack imagination.
