Quick question. So I ordered some shoes from DHGate and the provided a tracking# but it says that it doesn't provide trackable info for my country. Is this normal? I'm also asking because the seller first messaged me to cancel the order because they are out of stock. So I filed for refund and they refused refund (they are the ones who are out of stock ffs) so they refused my refund request and updated the order as shipped with a trackign# that doens't update.

is this normal?
