Can i pull off this fit if I'm on the shorter side (5'7")? I wear sweaters with button downs all the time but never tried a high collar like that.

Also post your favorite sweater-collar interactions i guess. tucked in, tucked out, post em all.

crew neck + fully buttoned collar is just a pretty traditional prep look. pretty much anybody can pull it off but if you wear it like your OP pic it looks out of place.

wear stuff thats tight fitting that shows off your body proportions better and looks better than oversized stuff like sweaters and loose tops

sweater in pic is baggy but most of the sweaters i wear are more fitted. despite being shorter, i have broad shoulders so i can fill it out most sweaters okay.

I don't get your question.
He's wearing a pair of docs, some black pants, white shirt and some polo bear looking sweater.
That's it, anyone can pull that off.

heres one i tried out. the colors together have potential but i can't find the right fitting sweater for it.

Just find an oversized sweater, and pull at the neck line until the collar of the undershirt is more prevalent. Easy peasy. The only thing people need to do to pull off this look like in OPs picture is just not be fat
