My ed just got too much, specially the binging and purging. My family and therapist pressured me to go until I did. I also wanted to get rid of my bulimia. But just so I could lose more weight of course, I did not see the problem.
I hit my lowest weight there but I some point I had a breakdown and stopped lying to my doctors. It's been only going up since then desu.

Depression and self-hate are tough ones to get over, I've never had much luck with that. All I can do is keep relatively busy and distract myself. I still have no friends which doesn't help, but I keep extremely busy with work now.

I got too low and started feeling faint a lot, then got some stomach illness (not sure if related) where I dropped even more, now I still have the nausea problem but crave carbs and don't tolerate the low-carb foods that helped me get skinny. Been gaining weight all year, up 10-lbs. I've picked up a pretty good sugar habit that I never had. I lost all my discipline somehow.

It feels so bad to go buying a larger size in jeans, or grab an old pair that doesn't fit anymore. I'm disgusted with myself.

This is genuinely good advice. I felt really bad about binging a few days ago, but the next day I went running and set a new personal record because I had so much excess energy. Now I actually have a caloric deficit for this week than I would have had hadn't I been able to go running that intensly. It's important to find your sweet spot for your calorie deficit in order to maximise amount of exercise while minimising calorie intake.
I think exercise and diet form sort of a feedback loop, and once you get it spinning again everything will work almost magically "by itself" (unless you're overdoing it and incurring injuries): ignition by means of willpower -> increased motivation to exercise -> more motivation to eat healthy -> increased motivation to exercise -> ...

the weight was meh. I'd went down .9 lbs. I've done much better than that though, so I'm sure the weight will show awesome numbers next time. It's just poop or water or whatever. - USDA yields 89 kcals per 100g
- adjust upwards to 100 kcals because those values have a large margin of error
- weigh banana with accurate kitchen scale to be sure

Today was my first say in weeks with over 1k kcal. I got 1050 today. What got me over the usual was a beer and two pieces of chocolate. I needed the beer for my head. I'm glad it didn't turn into a binge. I find alcohol makes me want to binge. I've been very active today so it's okay, and it'll help me get a good night's sleep, which I need. it'll be okay. I'm delayed, but I haven't gained fat, and that's all that matters (I subscribe to the "fact" that the liver holds ~1500 kcals before energy is turned into fat, so I count that as the critical amount for bingeing). goodnight, and have a good evening y'all americans.

On a side note: Read nutrition labels. Dodged a bullet by figuring out the tinned kidney beans I was about to eat had sugar added to them, doubling their energy from 55 to more than 100 kcals per 100 gramms. Superfluous sugar additives should be forbidden, I genuinely think they are one of the reasons people get fat because those sugar additives are easy to miss since a lot of stuff contains sugar naturally.
Hadn't I known that my usual brand of tinned kidney beans does not contain sugar and has about 55 kcals per 100 gramms, I would have taken the 100 kcal beans for granted and would have only eaten half the amount and so forth.

This is a good starting point. Here's what you do
Always use the same plate, get one that's kinda small. Small plates makes you feel more full and always having the same plate makes each meal easy to compare.
Fill it with as much food as you think you need. put the rest of your food in the fridge. This is to make it harder for you to take another serving without consciously making the choice of getting up and going to get the food.
Eat that plate slowly, use at least 20 min. Your body doesn't register how much you have eaten before ca 20 min has passed.
As you eat pay attention to how you feel, how the food tastes.
Stop eating JUST BEFORE you get full. You might not get that distiction quite right at first.
If you eat too little then wait an hour and eat a bit more.
If you eat too much then pay close attention to how it made you feel, exactly how are you feeling sick? Put less on the plate next time you have that food.
