holy shit, nice cops. it's so nice to see actual vintage smiths gear instead of people trying to pass off gildan prints as vintage. I don't have pictures of anymore but a long time ago I used to find shit like this all the time, used to resell full time.

Thank you! The meat is murder one just arrived today. So soft, its crazy how the print isn't thick, rough and scratchy on that one. It seems like the vintage t-shirt trade (specifically vintage smiths, shoegaze, hardcore-punk type stuff) was a lot more lucrative and abundant about a decade ago. It's crazy how some of the shirts that I get only have one or two images of them even posted on the internet

How did you pay per? I definitely know what you're talking about. When I would try to price certain stuff back then I could never find duplicates of certain pieces, they might as well have never existed.

>> No.13820860

>>13820841
$50 for the '95 Jerzees "there is a light", $68 for the ('92?)"this charming man", $110 for the late '80s "meat is murder"

I got very lucky with each, the first two being BIN's. The last one was one through a starting bid (also surprising)

>>13820860
Wow, total steals, especially for the Charming Man piece. The collars look a little worn but that's expected, the prints themselves look immaculate.

Like I said I don't have pictures anymore but my best come up was probably an original Tupac I got for five bucks, priced at like 600 and that bitch flew. My favorite cop though was an original 80s Tears For Fears.

That's insane, was the tupac shirt thrifted? Tupac and Nirvana seem to have the highest demand for the last couple of years

Oh yeah you know it, I never bought/buy anything resale. I've been seriously committed to thrifting for more than a decade and I've found almost everything I could possibly want at a thrift.

Thrifting is so much more rewarding than online hunting. Years ago I found this '88 REM tee and a '95 bootleg Zero longsleeve at a salvation army on the same day (in a particularly run-down city, too)

ha thanks, did you thrift most of those? I love that Judge shirt and I've wanted to get my hands on some more vintage straight edge gear but I don't find much.

These were all found online (through constant obsessive searching of several sites) except for the Doors and Smashing Pumpkins ones. The Judge shirt is a Schism long-sleeve reprint, apparently from the mid-90s (US fabric, El-Salvador assembled Anvil tag).

I just won this Meat is Murder tee today, apparently from the 90s. After closely looking at the neckline, it seems to be legit and not an Alstyle bootleg. My fingers are crossed

This is all I have to work with until it ships, but definitely not single stitched. Perhaps this could be late 90s at best, but it was really cheap either way ($15)

I'd need to see this seam specifically to be 100% sure but it doesn't look original, as long as you didn't pay too much for it shouldn't mature though since you have
