Ladies of /fa/, I am trying to get my gf to dress like less of a sperg and I need your help. Currently she's wearing mens jeans that are way too big for her in the hem and are literally falling apart so I want to buy her some new pants, but I don't know shit about womens clothes obviously, so I wanted to ask do you know any good brands for womens jeans in regular fit that actually have usable pockets? In regards to the denim question, yes. There's vastly different qualities of denim- even from the same mills- and far more important than the denim is the stitching and finishing. You can use the best denim in the world but if you use shit thread and do a shitty job stitching it up, the pants will quite literally fall apart at the seams. There is for sure a point of diminishing returns, but paying for quality gets you a longer lasting product, and more than likely one that's more consistent in terms of sizing (and hopefully more ethically produced).

Just don't walk around thinking that you have shoes that are as cool as the margielas. Anyone with class enough to recognize them will be able to tell the difference. They'll think you're cool, but they'll also know that they are the poor communist kid version.

You'll just have to replace the insole in the GATs with something a little nicer. Stock, it's usually a little styrofoam insert, that's complete shit.

Hi all. I have never posted on /fa/ before but I am currently rethinking how I present myself to attract women. I have worn really tight skinny jeans for as long as I can remember and I always thought they looked good on me (I am 5'10" weighing 135lbs). However, I recently picked the brains of a female friend of mine and was told that most women don't like skinny jeans on men.

So, I am conflicted and need some advice. I have provided a picture of me in my favorite jeans for some criticism and advice. Thanks.

>> No.13759236

>>13759168
This is just ridiculous.

Skinny jeans do not look good with tight fitting tops unless you have decent muscles. Your top should be more loose fitting, this one is too small. Skinny jeans are fine for men, but you need to wear the right top. Flip flops are literally unwearable with trousers, what the hell are you thinking.

As to what women like on men: They don't even know. If you actually let a woman dress you in what she thinks is good she would be totally lost, you would end up looking like that loser on Inbetweeners when he goes shopping with his girlfriend.

Wear what you like, but most importantly, what suits your body type and personality, and then you will attract females.

Also, most of /fa/ is into edgy teenager fashion. No one here actually knows how to dress to impress women. They follow stupid internet fashion and then post threads asking why they can't get a girlfriend despite "dressing so well". Just a warning.

dress how you like, the confidence you get from that is a lot more attractive than pandering to your friend's tastes. learn to dress well around your own personal style, not what you think women like.
I personally wear Levi's 511 jeans, which is a slim cut. On top I like to with something baggier, slim legs/loose chest is a popular silhouette that tends to work. Skinny/tight everything can look good too and some girls fucking loooove that shit (i blame the k-pop) but it gives a very effeminate vibe, which isn't bad but IDK how confident you are with that.

quick assesment of your fit:
>that top is a size too small, that stitching where the sleeves start and shoulderpads end should rest on the end of your shoulder, no bone should be sticking out past that point. The sleeves are also too small.
I do medium myself, but used to wear smalls and extra smalls so I know exactly what that looks like. Your lower torso will look baggier, but like I said slim leg baggy chest is a good combo. You can also tuck your shirt in a bit to make it not look so baggy.
>skinny jeans are fine, skinny guys have a hard enough time find pants that fit, fuck what people say. if you like it and have stuff that goes with it then you're good. definitely get some slim fit pants if you don't have some already though, they have more versatility than the skin tight skinny jeans.

Can anybody help with inspo or hints for wearing a denim jacket? Got one from the 80's my Dad used to wear and I love it. Baggy, but not crazily so, and the design is short; comes down and ends at my waist. It's pretty worn; starting to fade slightly but looks even better, since theres no fraying.

I'm a slightly bigger guy, but so was my dad. So skinny jeans look like shit on me. I've always liked the punk and rocker scenes clothing, so I'm pretty hyped about this.

Any anons able to help me make an outfit?

Ausfag here, so it's Summer where I am.

I'm generally a sweaty person but I've been losing weight so it's becoming less pronounced. I'm swapping to roll on as opposed to spray anti persperant deoderant though since it seems to work better.

Since the roll on is unscented, it leaves me with no real scent, so I figure this is a good time to dip into fragrances. I read the sticky, and although it's handy it doesn't really help in terms of specific brands.

I'm looking for a long lasting (6+ hours, so I can wear it to work without needing to reapply) scent that would suit a large and builtfat dude with a beard. Must be relatively easy to find in Aus, and 60 ausbux or less.

Any of you dudes got recommendations? I just wanna smell nicer than the guys who wear lynx.

Also, some basic bitches on my facebook were tagging eachother in memes about how much they love dudes wearing versache eros. Should I be looking into it, or is it literally a meme?

>The Chi Rho is one of the earliest forms of christogram, and is used by some Christians. It is formed by superimposing the first two (capital) letters chi and rho of the Greek word "ΧΡΙΣΤΟΣ" = Christ in such a way to produce the monogram. Although not technically a Christian cross, the Chi-Rho invokes the crucifixion of Jesus, as well as symbolising his status as the Christ.

I mostly wear grayscale so I thought charcoal would flow better and look more fresh on a date along with my other casual clothes. I don't dress like an MFA wannabe prep boy normally so I don't really have anything for navy suits besides the shirt. My only worry is if it's too formal, I'm CS so it won't get much use either way.
