I've cut it out almost completely, but I crave it still. I feel my cravings only get worse if I actually have some. Only sugar I get is from bread sometimes, and I try and avoid bread like the plague. Caffeine really helps with suppressing both hunger and cravings, a cup of tea or coffee is always a good option. Mostly running but i do bike occasionally on days when i get shin splints. Usually run 2-3 miles at an 8 minute pace. I feel like if I got any thinner id lose a lot of my strength so i just intend to maintain at 150 or so.

When i was rlly into thinspo i got down to 116 or so, but that was with no exercise and just pure fasting mostly so I looked like shit haha.

That initial weight loss was probably your glycogen storages. Not fat.
Are you weighing yourself before you eat breakfast every day? You should use the average for a week as your indicator, not what you weigh on a specific day.
Also you’re not going to be able to tell if you’re gaining/losing weight in fat/water/bloat/glycogen storages if it’s only a few kg over some days, if it’s that quick it’s most likely not fat though. Your weight plateauing over a week is normal.
Just keep going.
Don’t switch diets just because you didn’t see dramatic results for one week. Unless you’re fasting or exercising a lot you’re not going to lose more than 0.5-1 kg a week.

I live in a country that won't let you donate blood if you're under 50kg too, and it's just such bullshit. Like, I can get to a BMI of 16.7 and still donate blood, whilst, in your case, you can only get to a BMI of 19, minimum, before hitting the 50kg limit. There, there. Cheer up. Plateaus can be so many things, maybe you're constipated, or retaining a lot of water, maybe you don't weight yourself at the same time of day (you weigh your lest in the mornings before eating or drinking anything).

The body looses weight by replacing the fat in your fatcells with water, and thus at first you won't see a change on the scale even though your body has used some of it's fat. And then suddenly the body drains that water, and you'll see a change both on the scale and in your actual size. I was thinspo like 3 months ago, I was around 16bmi, looking and feeling really fucking good, but then I went on vacation for a week and everything went downhill, everytime that I try to get back on trail I just get that voice in my head saying "fuck it, i don't care" and start binge eating on all kinds of shit. i take caffeine+yohimbine in the morning, then caffeine+bronkaid around 11:30 before lunch

yohimbine helps lose weight (has helped a ton already), bronkaid stems appetite

im gonna weigh myself weekly (only weekly this sounds awful), eat more often, and eat more calories by a couple hundred a day.
