Only advice I have for you is to count calories, and portion out your food. If you parents are making your plate just eat half and eat the rest for breakfast.

Also don't skip breakfast, skipping meals will slow down your metabolism, your body is trying not to starve so it's conserving energy (calories) instead of burning them off. Skipping meals may also cause you to over eat during lunch and dinner or to snack during during the day, because absentminded grazing is a thing.

I wouldn't worry about your hips being too big ( i don't think the girl in the photo you posted is even a girl) nothing you can do to change your female pelvis and it's not a bad thing. Your breasts are probably fine but if you're very busty and the weight of them are causing other health issues looking into breast reduction is a reasonable thing to do.

I've heard people say your taste changes with almost every diet/lifestyle change. It's never really happened to me with anything. I'm not saying that doesn't happen for some people, but I think its different for everyone. People die at healthy bmis form what you’re doing. Since you’re most likely not bingeing on a varied diet of vegetables and meat but unhealthy crap you’re not getting the nutrients you need, and you’re certainly not getting them from fasting either. You need to get your shit together. It’s easier to stop bingeing by saying “I’ll stop fasting” than “I’ll stop bingeing” because if you can’t fast you’ll have to take the bad consequences that comes with bingeing. And that weight gain certainly isn’t nice. That’s what makes you stop bingeing and approach weight loss in a healthier manner.
You can lose weight so easily by just restricting, eating healthy and exercising. One you get to toe goal weight you can eat way more than you expected because you’re maintaining by healthy means.
You don’t have to live like you do now anon. It’s not even giving you any good results, any weight loss will be at the risk of rebounding back because you’re not making a healthy habit out of it. What you’re doing is the reasons why many anorexics get so chubby once they “recover”.

I tried getting back into OMAD after eating unhealthly after a couple days. I've been trying to do keto omad for a while but most I got into was like a 3 days streak before eating bad. Anyway, 12 hours in, I felt pretty hungry so I ate leftover pork cutlets and a couple sticks of mozarella cheese. I logged it and for the whole day, I've had 18g net carbs so it fit my macros and I'll reach ketosis. What I'm thinking is, does this have any repricussions for my OMAD tomorrow? I can't imagine it does, but just making sure. I'm not too concerned about a few extra calories either since at least it was keto

Start a food diary, have a light lunch and normal breakfeast:/dinner at set times. Give yourself some slack when it comes to family functions/work colleagues l/friends (sometimes it’s not ok to refuse food).

All you really need to do is gently go into a calory deficit, ride that for as long as you can; repeat, learn to have better control when it comes to what you eat and how that affects your health.
