I've been all over ontario. It is mostly very boring and an urban sprawl. Both toronto and ottawa are not very interesting. The rest is just really large amounts of nothingness and hours of driving. Pros are that there's a minimum amount of black people I guess.

I grew up in Waterloo and it still seems like you save a lot living there vs Toronto (especially considering how there are still loads of decently-paying jobs) so it's worth it splurge on a place where you actually enjoy spending time and you're comfortable I have so many friends who have moved to KW and have like ENORMOUS apartments for exactly what they paid when they lived downtown

Also the Princess Cinema still seems to have good movies.

Montreal is the best city in Canada. The nightlife is the best. Everyone is fashionable and attractive. The atmosphere is more relaxed than the rest of Canada. It has the most cultural landmarks and you can't go for a walk without finding a beautiful cathedral or park. Everywhere that isn't Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver is flyover. Out of those 3 Montreal is the best.
