I just accept it, i eat too much.
I count my calories, i reduce everything i eat, and even if i truly ate the calories i think i do, even if i think and count only 500, i still dont lose weight.
I mantain and mantain on 500cal, why? Probably because im eating more, and i dont know how, but it has to be the explanation, because if i truly was eating 500 like im sure i do, i would lose weight.
If i eat even just a slight bit of fruit or anything, i gain weight right away, i dont understand it anymore, i just want to lose weight, why is it so hard, im trying so much and counting the low ammount of calories i eat, but what for, so i dont lose weight? so that when i just eat something more than usual i gain so much right away?

your appetite suppressing hormones are always highest when you wake up. best to use that to tour advantage like anon said and eat later in the night. I usually drink tea or black coffee when I start getting hungry midday when those hormones taper off. also that calorie count seems a little low just for 1 meal. unless your a girl or a manlet. you won't be satisfied and end up either breaking your fast or feeling like shit. i would rather eat about 1k but add some exercise or eat a 1.5k every 2 days.

There are a few things you can do:
Lose weight. This is the most important one nothing else will make a big difference unless you start here
Lower your fat percentage, swimming or running on flat ground is good cardio that doesn’t make your legs large
Avoid Building muscle in legs (no stairs, bikeing, walking or running uphill, squats etc)
Compression stockings to avoid water retention and bloating in your legs
Eat less salt to avoid water retention too

I think it’s actually more to do with proportions, taller people included - skinny legs look best when it’s at least 50% of the total frame, if you have shorter legs for your frame then you’re right, it can look peculiar but imo it doesn’t have much to do with height.

I’m 5’4” and my legs are about 60% of my frame. Skinny legs look much better on me than defined musculature.. although, toned and skinny? Perfect.

I actually used to hate running just for the hell of it back in high school. But once you get in shape you can actually enjoy it. When I do track workouts with teammates they’re usually timed so I always enjoy pushing myself and getting faster splits ect. Also I now go to college in New England and there’s tons of mountains and nice trails everywhere. I love going trail/mountain running time trialing different routes/loops. Even just hiking to the top of a mountain is good cardio, even if you don’t run up it, walking up it is still hell of a workout. Plus you can enjoy the scenic views

My friend lost 32 pounds in 2 months this summer. I helped him. He was slightly overweight. Not obese but had a pretty big gut and some little man titties. Had him in the gym at least 4 days a week. I think eventually you will get pickier, though. Some of the stuff I used to like I'm now really critical of. The whataburger patties seem too dry, the crunchwrap supreme cheese looks like toothpaste, the church's chicken skin seems too greasy so I pick it off. There are still items that I like, such as fries and shakes, but a lot of my past favorites are just not as enjoyable when I try them after eating healthier for a while.

Just a reminder if you don't know, ab workouts only build muscle, they don't burn the fat.

You need more cardio and you should do it on a flat surface to avoid building more leg muscle. You're already eating low calories so you should also make sure the diet is low carb. The cardio and low carb diet will get rid of the little stomach pudge and maybe reduce your leg muscles.

I use to eat in high school appealing any more. Like pizza rolls, hot pockets and most chips. Pasta will always remain my one true weakness. But at least I lost interest in most processed things. I find my self trying vegan and vegetarian products now. Not that I want to subscribe to those labels I’m just trying to branch out more. Vegan stuff isnt necessarily healthier either.
