I own a pair of the 1460 Monos. I like them because they go with everything and most people don't know they are docs.... fortunately. I don't wear them in a trendy way like how they tend to be worn.

I'm my location, people that wear the docs tend to look like new age hippies of some odd kind. Looking like you are poor or can't wash your clothes, hair, or ass is a trend I guess. The alternative look...which speaks some levels of the person depending on who they are. I don't get it at all to be honest but whatever.

The boot for people who don't care that much about boots. Leather quality of the upper is middling at best, soles are barely recraftable (or simply not worth the trouble) , quality control is alright. I hate you fucking shills so much. I fell for your meme and on the solovairs I got, they fucking forgot to weld the midsole together. Let that sink in. They forgot. to weld. the midsole. together.

I couldn't believe it when I opened the box and looked up shit on the internet and voila: Lots of negative reviews about their quality. Some guy on reddit had literally his outsole separating from the shoe after 2 weeks. He wrote to solovair and they said (no joke) that this is a sign of a quality sole that can be replaced and bla bla.

i live in orange county CA and everyone that has any basic fashion sense wears docs. pretty much a clear divider between indie/hipster/goth kids and kids that think street wear is cool. but imo docs are classic and girls always compliment me on my docs, so i say it's still a valid and cool look, if unoriginal.

i don't know what the fuck you fags do to your boots or where you get them from but i have a pair of solovairs and doc monos and i wear them every day and i have no problems with either. Solovairs came with no issues and the docs don't feel cheap and hold up just like the solovairs.
