The point here being is you can either make muscle smaller or bigger, there's no shaping or density components involved. The rest is body fat.
If you want to make your muscles bigger, even just to a certain level, you've got to train in a way that makes your muscles bigger. If you then want to drop your body fat, do it after you've gotten big enough, since it's hard as balls to lose body fat and gain muscle simultaneously. Accept the consequence of gaining a little fat before you start training with the intent of gaining muscle, otherwise you'll stall on both frontiers. It's pretty easy to lose weight compared to how difficult it is to gain muscle mass.
And no-one ever has gotten too muscular by accident, don't restrain yourself with your made-up fobias. You won't end up looking like a bodybuilder, most of us who try their hardest to look like one won't end up lookin like one.

In general I think you look good in both pictures but it’s a bit hard to tell because of the baggy dress & pose. Anyway you do certainly not look bad. Exercising is always good though, if you build muscle in your legs and butt it will balance out your shoulders. Just be careful not to build too much upper body and waist muscle (a bit is always fine, just keep an eye on it). There are videos in youtube on how to bulild ass without getting larger thighs, if that’s what you want, and how to not get a square waist etc.

You can get compression stockings for your varicose veins, look into that if you haven’t already. If it’s bad you can also have them removed I’m not familiar with the process i just know someone who did it. For me my veins didn’t start showing clearly before I got to a bmi and fat % of 17 though.

As for fashion look into kibbe typing. Allie Art has videos on YouTube.

Your main goal is to actually be able to squat correctly, and to do it often. Squats are extremely important. If you build a strong foundation via the proper execution of squats, you are less prone to injury, and you will have built the necessary kinesthetic awareness that comes with activating your core and lower back; which are more than likely used for every lower body movement.

I imagine most girls stop going heavier on squat after their first plateau, which is fine. As long as you get there correctly, you’re in a good spot to take full advantage of the meme excercises that DO target your glutes.

Are calories from milk absorbed if I'm lactose intolerant? I've never gone to a doctor. But for reference if I drink a half litre of milk I'll shit my guts out about 2-3 hours later. For the most part yes. it’s only the sugar you can’t digest and most of the nutrients are absorbed in the small intestine anyway. Any weight loss will be from the water weight. The diarreha comes form gut bacteria having a party with the undigested sugar in your large intestine.

when you eat something, swallow some salt water, wait a few minutes, and then throw up. often times you don't have enough in your stomach to bring up the food but like another anon said, water helps a lot. purging doesn't get rid of most of the calories though (most absorb in your stomach pretty quickly) and you're better off just exercising, desu.

I haven't had any food for 27 hours and I'm going to break my fast at 41. I would have liked to go for 48 but I already planned lunch with people.
Fasting/Intermittent fasting is great. I don't feel tired or hungry, I'm not obsessing about when and what my next meal is, and I'm losing weight twice as fast.
