Whats your price range? when I like an expensive pair I just save up as much as I can and if it’s not enoug my mom usually pays the rest but I understand not everyone can do that so, I would just save until you have enough. Unless you’re fine with a replica, but I wouldn’t really buy one, it gives it more value for me if I work hard for the real thing. As for a recommendation, try all black fila disruptors or eytys angels.

Creepers look kinda too basic most of the time anyway. If you want to get something more affordable I’d definitely recommend the Raf Ozweegos, most colorways are ugly but that’s part of the charm. I like those new puma ones that resemble the balenciaga triple S but they look too much like a knockoff with less sole.

Yeah, and the bottom 2 on the right are almost straight color for color copies of triple S colorways. Not bad, but it'd feel disingenuous to pick one up instead of the original.
I think for now, and the next half year or so at least, it will be THE ugly shoe since every one that's come out riding the trend has taken some element from it and built on it in some other direction. It'll take someone doing something completely new while still "chunky" to surpass it, which will be pretty hard.

For guys I prefer wider pants, or at least ones that don't taper and hug the ankle. Dad shoes are supposed to look oversized, but I think that contrast on guys is a bit too clowny.
For girls on the other hand, like some anon in here was saying, I do think they look nice with tights or other super skinny pants. The awkwardness looks a lot cuter for girls. I suppose maybe a guy going for a more androgynous look could try this, but I haven't seen it pulled off ever.
