Not really sure what is the most meaningful. I think there are different ways to look at it. Gross weight lost works pretty good for figuring out what your actual deficit is from week to week and month to month. It's very valuable. I think mentally that keeping in mind that as you get thinner the pounds you lose are a bigger and bigger percent of the remaining bodyfat.

I am in a really bad binging and purgin cycle right now and have gained a lot of weight already (2,5kg of mostly fat in just a week while I was in Berlin).

Going back to my usual diet and restricting is hard because I constantly want to do more stupid shit.

But my body is fucking done with all that junk that I am literally binging right now on my 3rd bowl of salad and will totaly get more.
Meanwhile we have a bunch of sweet fruit, bread, jam, chocolate and an apple cake in the fridge and I don't even want to touch it.

I have never been happier during and after a binge, because all I had was healthy food and a few bites of junkier safe foods of mine
Feeling guilty for all those calories I had still, but it's not stopping me from going back on track
Though I am on a fight against my binge eating and bulimia, but if I end up binging again in the future I will make them similar to this one <3

If any of you are struggling with the same thing, what helped me not touch the junky food during the binge was telling myself "You can binge until you're satisfied, but only on food you know you would'nt mind keeping inside of you", which applies to most of my safe foods and none of the stuff I started craving at some point. c:

Turns out water fasting is actually good for you and eating every day is a meme. Fasting also doesn't cause as much or any loose skin compared to restricted calorie diets.
