Hi /fa/ I need some honest feedback here.
This clearly looks fat and flabby right? I’m confused because my bmi is 16-17 (5’7), and I get comments on being “too skinny”, but I can’t fucking compute because I look like I’m 15 lbs heavier than what I really am, and certainly not even close to underweight. Cause if you're all fat and no muscle you're going to look like shit regardless of how "thin" you get. You've got a greatly under developed core which is responsible for you hourglass shape and in order to look aesthetic while at the same time wasting away you need a good base of muscle.

Are you absolutely certain you're calculating your BMI right? Or that your height is measured accurately, you don't really look 5'7" to me.

If you are: don't worry, BMI isn't always accurate. It could be that you have a smaller bone structure, but wide hips.

You just hold a lot of your weight in your lower half. I wouldn't bother trying to lose more as your top half won't look good at all, but focus on finding styles that suit you.

If you look past the overly-cutesy styles she wears then Ariana Grande's 'style' is a good guidebook for pear shapes.

I'd look into decreasing anything toxic in your diet as well, as it could be a build up of cellulite that'll go if you eat right and drink dat water.

If you are doing OMAD (one meal a day), then you can try adding spicy peppers or zero-calorie hot sauce. Spiciness is thermogenic just like caffeine.

Cold showers is thermogenic and will help you burn additional calories as well.

Celery is negative in calories so your body will burn more calories digesting it compared to how many calories it contains.

I also personally like drinking seltzer/club soda with a slice of lemon or lime. Carbonation keeps me feeling full.

Eat low-carb, high fat to get into ketosis. Fat take longer to digest and keeps you sated longer. Eggs are a miracle. They increase your leptin levels or some science shit I don't quite understand, but I think it's the chemical that suppresses appetite.

Pick up hobbies you can obsessively do. I always forget about hunger when I'm absorbed in some kind of activity. I program and can get lost in it for the entire day.
