Basically any light well fitting trackshoes should be perfect for that.
Look at the cheaper Asics/Adidas/Puma/etc track shoes and just pick a pair you like.

If you want to pack light
>do not mix climates. In your case that means limiting yourself to the Alpine region.
>find shoes that can do EVERYTHING you want on this trip, or you'll have to lug around a city pair and an hiking pair. You'll probably end up with one of those leather shoes with a comfortable walking sole, or some sort of work boots you can hike in, ugly but that's how you can travel with just a carry-on.

In Europe go to Decathlon and get some nordic walking shoes, seriously best shoes i haver ever purchased, and the solle is hard at the bottom so theyre perfect to step on asfalt.
Most trainer shoes have soles that ar bad for walking, because theyre meant for running or jogging.
