I am looking for a cut of underwear. When I was running in HS I wore pic related

>there was a panel of spandex for the right and left leg, and then one panel of spandex for the groin/ass that must have been double layered
I am looking for a briefs cut of the same thing: basically classic tighty whities with no fly. I only ever see briefs with no fly that have an annoying seam down the middle or no seams at all a-la the bikini brief cut.
Anybody ever seen what I am talking about?

Thanks anon, but they have the seam down the middle. I wore briefs like that for a while but the middle seam always felt uncomfortable to me
