you got asian hair so that haircut is a hard pull off for you, first thing you gotta watch the undercut, i think that a i will quickly look too thin when the hair flies over the sides, so maybe focus og the undercut more on the front and less undercut in the back - also you wanna make sure that the undercut keeps horisontal on the face and not diagonally down as i does on the your picture.
the styling of the hair should be done with some loose shine wax in my opinion, if you got the time a blowdryer could help blending the hair nicely and give it some more volume as well.

hair whorls is a bitch, your have to either choose if you want length on the hair or if you want it short, the middle thing always looks shit - if its short the hair whorl usually controls itself in the same position which is the easiest, but less creative alternative. if you choose to go longer hair the hair whorl most likely can be tamed quite easily with a blowdryer and some wax, and then you also got more creative freedom to do stuff with your hair

man bun and braids arent what they used to be, if i were you i would aim for a more mature and manly look, a safe way to go is a long crew cut(like pic), it is a cool cut that could fit your face, and if you want it shorter you can always go shorter, but if you arent happy with the lenght, it wouldnt take that long to grow out again - and it would really mature your look with a shorter cut.
styling would ideally be a blowdryer with some gel, and then shiny wax afterwards, but only shiny wax could do, mat wax is also fine but i think that wax with a little shine is awesome in black hair :)

My hair is very fine and soft, which makes it harder to style and keep in place, before my shit got fucked I had to use a combination of coconut oil, modeling wax and hair spray just to keep in place for 10~ hours before it started get messed up.

Whenever I put product in my hair (pomade, gel, wax, spray, whatever) after about an hour, my hair loses its texture and style, it pretty much just dies. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I can say that it's a very well known trope of people repressing those feelings that they try to combat them by forcing themselves to be more masculine. It's pretty common to hear the last thing a lot of trans people did before biting the bullet was to try to develop themselves into a better man, by trying to build muscle/growing out their facial hair/etc. I did the same thing, mostly because I was convinced I would never pass and I wanted to just do what I could to be happy with myself living as a man.

I have EXTREMELY fine hair. so fine it fucking collapses on its own weight when it grows anything longer than 1 inch. I've tried everything, and my hair is still a low volume mess.
