But yeah, there are some features that work well on both sexes despite being masculine or feminine. Androgyny to some extent has always been considered beautiful.

For men, a large and flat forehead is less masculine, but is still desirable. For women, a broad jaw isn't very feminine but is still considered desirable.

They certainly help with enhancing masculine features.

Obviously the best would be a high forehead but with thick hair and non receding hairline. For example, the bottom left one looks handsome because of his features, but his hairline is not so nice.

Another thing to consider are the ratios of your face. To look pleasant with a high forehead, you also need a somewhat long face; if you have a big forehead but an otherwise short face, you'll look like aaron paul. Being tall also helps a lot. That's why in op pic downey jr is probably the worst looking out of them.

I honestly think they look good. Personally my forehead is not so high, nor I want it to be, but I'd definitely have a fivehead with thick hair over pic related. I know a lot of people find that kind of hairline good and attractive, to me it reminds me of middle eastern/indian/monkey traits, which I dislike.
