This is such a hard style for people to pull off because it actually favors old fat and ugly. It's the antithesis of effay.

Here are some tips

>Have money... cash. All the time.
>Sell drugs. Hard drugs. Used to be coke,

>Hit on every decent looking girl you see. You will get rejected regularly, but the ones into drugs will smell you from a mile away and be ready to rock..literally.

As for actual clothes... I work in the adult industry and see these kind of people every day. Most common outfit is track pants and Polo shirts. Shoes range anything from new Nikes to sandals in the snow, but comfort is always the name of the game. Trying to stylize sleaze aesthetic almost always comes off as costumey. The only time it really works is on 50+ year old men.
