That's an m-65 style jacket but not actual military issue. If you just search for m-65 you'll get a bunch of non military options in basically every color. You could also search for a grey surplus field jacket and you might find something with a similar pocket/drawstring configuration, a lot of militaries copied the US m-65 cut but I don't think the m-65 itself was ever issued in gray.

Because 501s change every couple of years. Your best bet for jeans that fit like that is 50s or 70s Levi's on ebay or some of those jeans that Levi's makes based on old patterns. They're pretty overpriced though.
