I wish I had this luxury like 80% of people in my country, but my parents aren't jobless so I had to get a student loan. I should be saving 500€ every month for my license and car, but I spend it all on clothing. It's kind of the same thing.

Well, you can spend your money on whatever you want, and food is an essential purchase, so you should not count that as "disposable income", even if it's tendies.

Ironically, I was buying more clothes back when I had close to no money at all when I started studying.
