Acceptable if you're extremely thin and your leg contour is mostly straight. (don't attempt if you have muscular legs or aren't extremely thin)

Works well on people who are thin but may have some (some, not huge) amount of muscle

Works well with all builds, obviously if you're a lard ass you'll still look like a lard ass, but most normal weight to thin people can look alright if you manage to buy regular fit pants that actually fit, like guy in OP's picture.

There ya go. As someone already stated, maturity has nothing to do with clothes. Most older men don't have stick-legs and thus can't pull off skinny fit.

Lemaire looks like such a goof sometimes.
I think relaxed fit only looks good with really thin people.
When muscled/chubby guys wear oversized stuff they just look poorly fit.

some people look good in regular fit. some people look better in slim. some people look better in skinny. there's no true "best" fit overall. even then, it varies by brand. it's possible to look great in regular fit w/ one brand and better in slim w/ another brand.
this is really basic stuff. and also if you associate any specific type of fit with maturity you're retarded
