I like girls who are their bodies natural healthy weight, not an impossible ideal. Chinese girls seem to be smaller than most other girls, so they can be very very thin and not look ana. non-Chink girls should just be skinny for their body, not anorexic to mimic an ideal, and it'll look both attractive and as beautiful/aesthetic as can be achieved.

It's more that men in general ("normie" men) will prefer boobs and butt over skinny women (and I mean thinspo-tier women). For instance, my boyfriend prefers girls who are thicker than me, but he still dates me because other reasons. He finds me attractive anyway, as well. I agree to an extent, but fat people (with moderate obesity) can actually live for many years even though they will have joint problems etc. (I'm not talking about like 300 kg heavy people). With anorexia, if you don't get treatment and start eating you die pretty quickly. Also there's the mental disorder element with refusing to eat, while I think many people can get pretty fat without mentally unhealthy behaviour like binge eating. There's just a lot of shitty food around and people are ignorant about nutrition. I also have friends who gained weight after certain medicines, and I really can't blame them, because it happened super fast and when they realised it was too late to adjust their diet
