I was already deeply dysmorphic when it came to the way I saw my body for a long time before I developed my anorexic tendencies. There was a time where all I thought about was the food I could eat and not eat and really just got super obsessive. Over the Summer I've abandoned a lot of that stuff by spending time with family when I visited home but honestly now that I'm back alone I'm just going to start all over again and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

But there was a time in which I also wanted to 'give myself anorexia' so I understand how you feel. Just don't do it if you're smart.

Does anyone know much about American clothing sizes? I have been really strict on my diet and can't keep up with my dress size lately. Due to vanity sizing I can't trust any one store's size so I have no idea if I'm a 2, 4, or 6.

Also the fact I am 5'7" and my bust is not as proportionally small as my waist and hips throws me off a bit as well. In centimeters I'm around 90-67-92 and still on track to lose a bit more in the next few months in case I am close to sizing down.

I was down to 70lbs and I was still unhappy, even in the hospital with a feeding tube shoved in me. I'd try to find ways to pull food out of my stomach with a stomach pump.

I didn't have the motivation to get dressed up or get into fashion, because I didn't care anymore. Even going through treatment it's a constant struggle of trying not to get upset that you've eaten 100 calories. You feel like even eating an apple has given you love handles or you've gained weight.

You can't look at the calories on items without getting upset and you can't look in the mirror, either, because you will find every single flaw with your body even though you may be skeletor.

CICO is flawed because every caloric label is an estimation that can be wildly off and each body processes the amount differently and just entering your height and a vague sense of exercise will not get you an accurate TDEE or BMR, so you could actually be counting right and still not be losing weight.

Some people burn off fat like crazy with keto (super low carb). Some people burn off fat like crazy with intermittent fasting. And some people are meal cucks who eat mainly carbs and all three of them can manage to lose weight. Just try different shit, try to eat healthy, and see what makes you look the best and feel the best. And exercise, for god's sake.

Make a deal with them that balances both, if they really need you that badly they'll make a deal. You could make take a low number of hours/credit per semester or something and take a bit more time. I binged, then tried to fast to fix it, then binged again and gained some weight. To get back on track I ate a lot of fiber and drank water and metamucil to speed up getting the food out, ate around 1000 calories of healthy food for a few days to break the cycle, and did more exercise (running in the morning plus a longer walk in the afternoon) to make up for the higher amount of calories. If you had an eating disorder you should avoid making /any/ extreme moves. Your family is not stupid for thinking you're going to have a relapse any moment. Look at the statistics.

Why do you deprive yourself of healthy meals? Rice and steamed chicken is bodybuilder food, meant to be exclusively for easy tracking of protein. But they eat more than that, and take supplements out the ass because there's no other way to get what you need if you eat with such extreme margins. Eat vegetables and add in some flax seed if you're insistent on having a spartan diet. Replace the rice if you absolutely must. But eat real fucking food.

If you want to absolutely lose weight, use scoobys weight loss planner, and don't eat at a bigger deficit than your body can handle! Your entire life will suffer as a result. I often starve myself due to having problems with planning ahead, and when I do, everything else in my life suffers.
