on a related note.

I have some nice posters, but my walls are straight up concrete and I don't want to drill holes for every fucking poster I put on display. can anyone recommend a solution? I was thinking of using clips and hang them from a curtain rail that I can attach to the ceiling.

sort of like image related

I'm finally moving out of my folk's house. I'll be sharing an apartment, and I want my room to look cool as fuck.

What do you recommend? I'm going for a comfy vibe, with warm colors and soft textures.

>> No.12424174

>>12424140
Since you're renting, I suggest you choose furniture that can be disassembled, folded, or is compact to begin with. You're going to move several times before you can afford to buy, make it easier on yourself.

Storage ottomans are nice. You can put things in them, sit on them, put your feet up on them. Folding chairs and drop leaf tables are also convenient for obvious reasons.

How much you can do will depend on how much space you have to work with, how much budget, and what the terms of your lease permit you to do. I suggest you remain flexible and work on the space after you've seen what your needs are from the inside of it.
