I need to get a pair of Chelsea boots shipped from the UK and I live in The Caribbean and I'll need to wear them in a couple of weeks so returning isn't really an option. I NEED to get the perfect size!

Can anyone help me choose what US size I should get?

What your Nike Roshes say in EU size? Go to the boot site and put in the EU size, ie I'm 10.5 in NB and that's 43 in EU, my CDB are 43 EU and it's like 9 UK.

Ignore nikes European sizing. It's completely wrong. I wear what Nike would say is an EU 45, but a 43 usually or very occasionally 44 in other brands.

sizing is not standard for clothing, and its even voluntary for brands to have sizing.
measuring yourself and comparing it to the garments measurements is the accurate way of getting clothes that is true to your size
